Journey returns to State Fair, Tedeschi Trucks to MN Zoo

B-52's are also headed to the zoo.

Don't stop believin' in the State Fair grandstand because Journey will rock there once again on Sept. 1. Pat Benatar opens. Ticket details haven't been announced yet.

Additions to the Minnesota Zoo schedule: The B-52's on Aug. 28 and the Tedeschi Trucks Band, who were one of the highlights of last year's series, on June 24-25. Tickets will go on sale April 30.

For the second consecutive summer, Otsego is hosting an outdoor festival: Rockwoods JamFest. On Aug. 3, Peter Frampton will rock, along with Eddie Money and Foghat. The Aug. 4 country lineup will feature Ronnie Dunn, Jerrod Niemann and David Nail. Tickets, priced at $39 and $89 per day, will go on sale Friday.

In other concert news, the Flatlanders are set for the Cedar on June 13, David Sanborn and Brian Culbertson get jazzy at Burnsville Performing Arts Center on Aug. 25 and, as announced earlier, Fiona Apple will perform at the Orpheum on July 16 and Wilco will rock Duluth on July 1 and Rochester on July 2.
