For the second straight day, nose tackle Linval Joseph and safety Andrew Sendejo did not practice. And another starting defender, outside linebacker Anthony Barr, did not practice today either.

Barr, who has been playing with a broken hand and now has a groin injury, participated in the team stretch this morning but then left the practice field. He practiced on a limited basis yesterday.

Joseph is dealing a foot injury. Sendejo injured his knee against the Falcons.

Safety Harrison Smith (knee) practiced on a limited basis for the second straight day. Safety Robert Blanton (ankle) and cornerback Trae Waynes (ankle) were full participants again.

The Vikings practiced inside today, but they had the doors to the indoor facility open, making it cold enough that players were wearing long sleeves and handwarmers in their gloves. Those handwarmers aren't for everyone, though. Cornerback Captain Munnerlyn took a few of them out of his gloves after he dropped a pass in individual drills.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
