1: Spark Eye Jess (Pinon, Johnson)12412-1

2: One Ivory Sign (Packer, Olmstead)1246-1

3: Iowas Texan Tip (Goodwin, Hardy)1245-2

4: Effortlessly Strut (Swiontek, Weidner)1244-1

5: Mystical Styx (Clark, Pride)12410-1

6: Cartel Dakota (Velazquez, Olmstead)12415-1

7: Give a Wink (Martinez, Olmstead)1248-1

8: Ms Dynasty (Smith, Olmstead)1243-1

MS DYNASTY exits a dueling win and draws perfect outside post to avoid a collision breaking from gate. GIVE ME WINK is a consistent runner with three wins in her brief career. IOWAS TEXAN TIP has quick early foot and never has finished out of the top four spots.

2 400 yards. Open. 3-year olds. Trials. Purse $7,500.

1: Shedazzles (Swiontek, Hanson)12412-1

2: Lil Puddle Talk (Velazquez, Olmstead)12420-1

3: V Os Filo (Goodwin, Hardy)1248-1

4: Hunk of Burning Love (Clark, Pride)12430-1

5: Jess Hasta Be (Pinon, Johnson)12420-1

6: Cr Ivory Dust (Packer, Olmstead)1246-1

7: Cjb Teller Cyclone (Cruz, Hardy)12420-1

8: Eagles Span (Smith, Olmstead)1241-1

9: Streak N Diamonds (Clark, Haglund)1247-2

EAGLES SPAN ran a dull effort last out and looks to rebound to previous form. STREAK N DIAMONDS had two wins in his four starts here last season. V Os FILO looks to improve after breaking slowly out of the gate last out, eliminating all chances for the win.

3 5 furlongs. State bred fillies and mares. 3-year olds and up. Maiden claiming $10,000. Purse $11,500.

1: Blinkersonletherip (Goodwin, Rarick)1198-1

2: Northern Profit (Lermyte, Peters)1196-1

3: Glitter's Cupcake (S. Bethke, T. Bethke)1196-1

4: Smoken Danni (Delorme, Sheehan)1194-1

5: Da Kleinen Schatzi (Butler, Rengstorf)1192-1

6: Cats Magic Twist (Canchari, T. Bethke)1195-2

Every runner has a fighting chance with this untrustworthy maiden field. I'll give DA KLEINAEN SCHATZI the tepid nod with jockey Dean Butler aboard getting first step out of the gate over her rivals. Perfect spot for GLITTER'S CUPCAKE to make her first appearance. Works suggest she's ready to go. BLINKERSONLETHERIP didn't offer much last season but has a couple of nice drills coming in.

4 6 furlongs. State bred. Open. 3-years and up. Waiver claiming $20,000. Purse $14,500.

#/Horse, Jockey, Trainer Wt.Odds

1: Regards (Joubert, Hanson)1236-1

2: Jumpin Jimineys (Castro, Fauchald)1238-1

3: Sonny Money (Carreno, Silva)1233-1

4: LG Suprem (Hernandez, Fauchald)1236-1

5: Appeal to the King (Butler, Hanson)1234-1

6: Chris Mars (Canchari, Rhone)1239-5

CHRIS MARS returns to his favorite local track where he should get off with a quick beat with Alex Canchari aboard and taking him as far as he can go. SONNY MONEY could get a quick pace scenario to show off his late closing foot. Training solidly for return. L G SUPREM too will be closing late but is ranked a tad below our top contenders.

5 5½ furlongs. State bred. Open. 3-years and up. Waiver claiming $20,000. Purse $13,500.

1: Lockedupforever (Keith, Biehler)1215-1

2: Rumorhe's Theone (Butler, Bravo)1195-2

3: Northland Gold (Bethke, Riecken)1238-1

4: Bold Raider (Canchari, Cole)12110-1

5: The Gent is a Cat (Goodwin, VanWinkle)1174-1

6: Valet (Swiontek, Livingston)1218-1

7: Runaway Chance (Canchari, McShane)1233-1

RUNAWAY CHANCE finished off the board after showing good early speed before fading late in allowance race. Could get the job done in softer spot. RUMORHE'S THEONE got the win in his final race of last season and has been flashing ability in his works off the extended layoff. LOCKEDUPDOREVER is likely pacesetter coming off the rail but looks destined to duel with a few of his opponents from the outside.

6 11⁄16 miles on turf. Open. 3-years and up. Maiden special weight. Purse $28,000.

1: My Kingdom (Franco, Lund)11812-1

2: Haywire (Sanchez, VanWinkle)11812-1

3: Streakin Schiller (Keith, Biehler)1236-1

4: Rarin to Go (Velazque, Biehler)1236-1

5: Moecaro (Hernandez, Lund)12310-1

6: Flying Freud (Martin, Padilla)1137-2

7: Phantom Trip (Canchari, Stuart)1185-2

8: Itsgettinhotinhere (Butler, Rarick)1238-1

PHANTOM TRIP plunges in class shipping up from Oaklawn Park after a couple of so-so efforts. The drop might be what the doctor ordered. RARIN TO GO could be your post time favorite if race is taken off the turf from the weekend rain. Ran in holding pattern last out but finished third at a huge price. Possibly a confidence booster. FLYING FREUD lone two starts were on the lawn at Saratoga last summer against tons better. New acquisition for barn that does well with new purchases.

7 6 furlongs. Fillies and mares. 3-years and up. Allowance optional claiming $35,000. Purse $34,000.

1: Discreetly Grand (Martin, Heitzmann)1198-1

2: Starlet Stella (Hernandez, VanWinkle)11915-1

3: Queen Kate (Franco, Lund)1196-1

4: Reina de Aprisa (Rosier, Heitzmann)1195-2

5: Ciaran's Prize (Velazquez, Berndt)1197-2

6: Miss Darla (Sanchez, Padilla)1194-1

7: Diva's Rule (Butler, Bravo)1199-2

DIVA'S RULE draws perfect outside draw to sit off the inside speed benefiting from what looks to be contested fractions. Comes in with impressive back to back victories. MISS DARLA returns to sprinting where I believe she does her best running. Has slight edge over her rivals in class invading from Gulfstream Park. CIARAN'S PRIZE looms one of the late closing threats and has given some of her best performances in Shakopee.

8 7½ furlongs on turf. Fillies and mares. 3-years and up. Claiming $7,500. Purse $14,500.

1: Miz Owell (Rosier, Sharp)1217-2

2: Tactical Girl (Delorme, Sweere)11915-1

3: Ebony Elegance (Sanchez, LaZarre)11920-1

4: Armonica (Canchari, Craddock)11910-1

8: Linda's Kitten (Carreno, Brinson)11912-1

9: Pink Lipgloss (Butler, Rengstorf)11920-1

10: Bear Facts (Franco, Lund)1199-2

11: Make Money Honey (Martin, Diodoro)1192-1

Not thrilled about drawing the far outside post, but MAKE MONEY HONEY is coming off a extremely eye catching performance on the lawn at Turf Paradise, winning by over six lengths. Tough if race stays on the lawn. BEAR FACTS drops for over half the price out of the Lund barn and is the class of the field. Expect to be flying late if ready to go. MIZ OWELL exits a nice win last out at Laurel Park at this level. ARMONICA is my top choice if race switches surfaces

9 6 furlongs. Open. 3-years and up. Maiden claiming $6,250. Purse $10,500.

#/Horse, Jockey, Trainer Wt.Odds

1: Annie's Pleasures (Franco, Lund)1198-1

2: Diablo Caballero (Carreno, Diodoro)1232-1

3: Charming He Is (Rosier, Sharp)1195-1

4: Blue Star Cat (Escobar, Rhone)12315-1

5: Ya Mon (Sanchez, Perez)1235-1

6: Doodle Hopper (Canchari, Robertson)1233-1

7: Kitazi (Joubert, Hanson)11910-1

8: The Checotah Kid (Goodwin, Riecken)12320-1

Appears to be a two horse race between the top two barns. I'll give the edge to DOODLE HOPPER who I think will sit closer to the pace for first pounce on the front runners. DIABLO CABALLERO will be picking them off late and comes in after running against stiffer competition out west. BLUE STAR CAT gets scenery change invading from Tampa but will have to improve a lot to make a dent. Have to catch YA MON to get the win.
