Drafted: Fourth round, 44th overall, in 1960 by Cleveland

NFL career: Cleveland (1960), Vikings (1961-79)

Key stats: Played 282 consecutive games, an NFL record for a position player until 2009 (broken by Brett Favre). Recovered 29 fumbles (tied for NFL record with Jason Taylor). Had 127 sacks (second in Vikings history behind Hall of Famer Carl Eller's 130). Played in four Super Bowls.

Honors: Two-time Pro Bowl player; Vikings Ring of Honor; No. 70 retired by Vikings.
