Jared Allen 'rocking America,' chasing a midget

Set your DVR for ESPN's Sunday pre-game show.

ESPN reporter/comedian Kenny Mayne is conflicted. He can't decide who to root for in Monday night's Packers-Vikings clash at Lambeau Field.

To sort through it all, Mayne is revisiting his most memorable moments with two of the game's biggest stars: Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and Vikings defensive end Jared Allen.

He will do so on Sunday during his "Mayne Event" segment on ESPN's "Sunday NFL Countdown." Set your DVR.

After all, the moments Mayne has shared with both Rodgers and Allen are, well, uh, entertaining for lack of a better word. There was Mayne's attempt last season to make an "Inception" sequel featuring Rodgers.

Oh, and then there was the following 2009 visit Mayne paid to Allen in Arizona, given a glimpse of Allen's "high-level workout." That training session featured Allen chasing a little person around the open range and repeatedly throwing a rock.

Yep. Sunday's "Mayne Event" ought to be memorable.
