The Ivory Gull being seen at Canal Park was on site this morning beginning at dawn. It was presemt for at least 45 minutes, feedimg on frozen fish, occassionally flying over the canal. Cold wind. Very icy footing. Beautiful bird. It comes and goes. Dawn seems a sure thing. Reports say early-mid afternoon also possible.
