It's Snow Shoveling Time!

This will be a high impact winter storm for the South Central states. The worstof the storm will hit this part of the country Thursday into Thursday night.Very cold air feeding in from the the north assures that there will be a prettysizable area of snow and ice. The band of heaviest snow is expected to run fromnorthern West Texas to southern Missouri.

Though not destined to become a classic, this winter storm will pack enoughwallop to cause major travel delays and a myriad of cancellations.

Later in the week, the same storm will bring heavy snow to the central Atlanticregion.
