Is your pet a lemon?

Two dog owners struggled with using a state law aimed at helping ailing pets.

I had no idea there was a "pet lemon law" until two dog owners contacted Whistleblower to vent about the difficulties of using the law. In Sunday's column, I told the stories of Ashley Hildebrand and her dog Bentley and Danielle West and her dog Henry.
