A 19-year-old Inver Grove Heights woman died Saturday afternoon in a rollover accident on Interstate 35 south of Hinckley.
Salena Thavie Chhum, the victim, was a passenger in the vehicle, according to the State Patrol.
The driver, Ryan Schreiber, 19, also of Inver Grove Heights, was taken to Essentia Health in Sandstone with noncritical injuries.
The Volvo station wagon they were riding in was headed southbound on I-35 near Hwy. 23 in Pine County when it bumped the center median. Schreiber “over corrected, causing the vehicle to roll over several times before landing upright,” according to the accident report. It happened around 1:40 p.m.
