Indy 500 and Coca Cola 600 Weather Update

In Indianapolis Sunday afternoon, it will be quite warm with a mixture ofclouds and sunshine. For the past couple of days, I have left any mention ofrain out of the forecast, but I can' do that today. Moisture levels will becoming up a bit Sunday, and that combined with plenty of solar heating couldtouch off scattered thundershowers during the middle of the afternoon. It willbe very much a hit-or-miss sort of thing. The chance of a shower passingdirectly over the racetrack is only 20 percent. Winds will be out of the southand not very strong.The forecast for the Coca Cola 600 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway hasn'tchanged, It will be partly cloudy with a slight chance of a thundershower. Thetemperature at race time will stand at 83 degrees.
