Penn Fest, a celebration intended to reconnect people with the commercial district around Penn Avenue and 66th Street in Richfield, is noon to 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

There will be games and activities for families and kids, music from the Homestead Pickin' Parlor, a bike giveaway from Penn Cycle, historical exhibits, money-saving offers from merchants and a contest to come up with a name for the Penn and 66th area.

Maps and additional information will be available in the Richfield Liquor Store parking lot at 65th and Penn.
