Want to report that smaller lakes in the Otter Tail Lake area are froze over, now making ice. Not enough to fish yet - but it's working on the ice.
Larger lakes are getting closer to being froze over. Still some open spots.
We'll keep you posted on the status of when you can fish on some hard water!
