This is the award season, of course, and that includes cookbooks. Their authors will take to the red carpet for the two main cookbook awards annually: the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) and the James Beard Foundation. IACP has announced its finalists (see below); James Beard will follow on March 21. IACP winners will be announced on June 2.
