Check out the art exhibit at Corazon in downtown Minneapolis, near the Guthrie (1026 Washington Av. S., 612-333-1662), where there will be posters that turn dinner on its ear, with historical figures made of fruits, veggies and grains. Lady Liberty, above, gives new meaning to the word "green" in her robe of romaine and red lettuce and a crown of chile peppers and zucchini. Michelle, "Our Lady of Fresh Produce," sports a "pearl" necklace and earrings of pearl onions.

The exhibit opens Friday (today) with a public reception from 5 to 8 p.m. and tomorrow from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibit continues through July 30.
