Sen. Amy Klobuchar is set to reveal whether she will run for president at a rally Sunday in Minneapolis. The event is open to the public.

How to see it:
Time: The event opens to the public at 1 p.m. CT Sunday. The announcement is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.

Where: Boom Island Park, 724 Sibley St. NE., across the Mississippi River from downtown Minneapolis. Temperatures are expected to be in the teens, so if you plan to go, dress accordingly.
