HOW TO HELP

The Salvation Army has toys for fire victim families, 9 a.m.-noon today, 2445 Prior Av. N., Roseville. To donate, click on www.thesalarmy.org or call 1-800-SAL-ARMY. On Saturday the Salvation Army will open a temporary office, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 13901 Fairview Dr., Burnsville.

Apartment manager the Goodman Group is taking donations; for more information, call 952-361-8000. Cash donations can be left at any U.S. Bank location, with checks payable to U.S. Bank/Burncliff Apartments.

The American Red Cross is accepting donations at www.redcrosstc.org or by phone at 612-460-3700.

Burnsville Animal Control has three cats, two rats and three guinea pigs that were rescued. People looking for their pets should call 952-894-3647 first.
