Few lawmakers loved it but they were willing to like the budget deal.
The Minnesota House voted 97-32 on the final measure shortly after 10 am Monday.
The Minnesota Senate is due to vote on it next.
Gov. Tim Pawlenty has agreed to sign the measure.
