WIGGINS ON AIRWAVES

Reserve guard Candice Wiggins talks about the Lynx, media coverage of the team and going back to college here. She was on Minnesota Public Radio.

She said the reason the Lynx are off to such a good start is that everyone is healthy, the team has rookie Maya Moore and also a lot of veterans. "All the pieces are coming together," she said.

Asked why the media isn't covering the Lynx more, Wiggins said it will take time. "Respect is earned not given," Wiggins said.

She said once the Lynx make the playoffs and win an WNBA title, they will get more media attention.
