Workers at Hormel Foods in Austin are getting screened for tuberculosis, after an employee there was diagnosed with the contagious disease. The company is working with the Mower County Public Health, though the department wasn't helpful with a TV station there that first reported the case.

KAAL TV has the full story. ________________________ Teens who took counterfeit $20 bills in a drug deal, and then tried to spend it at a Rochester gas station, led police to a bigger haul of $680 in phony money. A gas station worker called police after a teenager tried to pay with the funny money. Police stopped the car, took two of them in for questioning until a 16 year old girl admitted she sold the marijuana. She then took the cops to the hotel room where she said the drug deal happened. The Rochester Post Bulletin followed the money trail. ________________________ Locked out American Crystal Sugar Co. workers will get their day in court—in the North Dakota Supreme Court no less. The state's high court is taking up the issue of whether the workers, who've been locked out of their jobs for more than a year over a union contract at the Moorhead-based company, should be paid jobless benefits. A North Dakota employment department ruled that the 230 workers were not eligible for the benefits. The court will hear arguments Tuesday afternoon.
