Twin Cities-based HomeServices of America closed on a deal today to buy Hansen Realty, which will merge with CBSHOMEREALTY, a company that HomeServices acquired in 1998. Hansen Realty was founded more than 35 years ago and serves Bellevue, Nebraska and surrounding communities.
