Homegrown in the AL Central

This is a look at how teams in the division have developed starting pitching from 2002 to '12. If a starter has become a reliever, then he doesn't count. That means Glen Perkins and Luke Hochevar are not eligible for this list. It shows that the Twins aren't the only to struggle with developing starters — but it also shows they haven't hit on top-end talent, either.
