Healy block walking tour

Master builder T.P. Healy designed nine houses and built eight in the Wedge neighborhood, historically known as Lowry Hill East. Take a walking tour of all 22 historic homes built between 1895 and 1911, as the Victorian Age gave way to the Edwardian Age. The three-block walk is led by local old-house experts Anders Christensen, who will define the architectural styles, and Kathy Kullberg, who will share stories of the families who once lived there. The tour is from 10 to 11:30 a.m. July 8; meet at Mueller Park, 2509 Colfax Av. S., Mpls. Cost is $10. Register at preserveminneapolis.org.
