8 p.m. • Triple Rock • 18-plus • $25

Hinder exploded onto the radio-rock scene in 2005 with the triple-platinum debut "Extreme Behavior," featuring power ballad single "Lips of an Angel" (sample lyric: "But girl, you make it so hard to be faithful/With the lips of an angel." Sales slowed for the Mötley-Crüe-worshipping/Nickleback-evoking Oklahoma outfit on subsequent releases, lowering expectations for the upcoming album "Welcome to the Freakshow," which promises to "smash boundaries" and genre-leap between the universes of rock, pop and country. Hinder strips its arena-tuned sound down to a bro-y whisper on its current "Bare Bones" acoustic tour. Opening is Aranda, another Oklahoma group from the Buckcherry gene pool.JAY BOLLER
