Despite high-tech photographs revealing distinctive tattoos, an elusive peeping Tom has police in Brooklyn Center worried that his crimes could become more serious.

The unidentified man has targeted the same home at least three times in the southwest part of the suburb, said police Cmdr. Brian Peters.

This prompted police to set up an infrared camera outside the home, Peters said. The results were images of the man and his tattoos.

Police described the body art as a cross on his right biceps, praying hands on his left biceps and a possible portrait on his chest.

"He hasn't harmed anyone yet," said Peters, who added that the man has masturbated during the incidents. "There is always the potential for that, so that's why we want to get [the information] out."

Anyone who might have information about the suspect is asked to call police at 763-503-3200.
