A major route in and out of Minneapolis was closed this morning because of a head-on crash.
Police say the collision occurred during the morning commute on Hwy. 12 near Hitsman Lane, according to police. That location is about 2 miles east of Delano.
There is no official word yet on injuries. One television report says the highway reopened about 8 a.m. and there are injuries but no fatalities.
