Hazeltine National's course redesign

The PGA of America's decision to swap the last five holes from each of Hazeltine National Golf Club's two nines does more than create more space on finishing holes for spectators and corporate tents. It also creates shorter walks for golfers and their caddies near the end of tense rounds and makes the original "signature" 16th hole on Hazeltine Lake No. 7 now. "The good thing is everyone will play that hole now for sure," PGA of America chief championship officer Kerry Haigh said.
