The Blue Nile, an Ethiopian restaurant in Minneapolis' Seward neighborhood, skewed craft with its sensible 12 handles before that became the new standard. Survey its drafts — or most any drink, for that matter — at a two-for-one clip from 4-6 p.m. and 8-10 p.m. daily.
