It has been a month and a half since opening, so the paint should be dry on Kyatchi, the new Japanese spot in the Kingfield neighborhood. But luckily, the bar isn't. The sustainable sushi purveyors knock $2 off taps and wines and feature $5 sake and $3-$9 sushi and small-plate options during their 4-6 p.m. daily and 10 p.m.-to-close Sunday-through-Thursday happy hours.
