Blue-eyed soul duo Hall and Oates have been booked for the upcoming Minnesota State Fair.

The grandstand concert is scheduled for Aug. 28, with tickets going on sale Friday at 10 a.m., fair officials announced Tuesday.

Daryl Hall and John Oates have sold more albums than any duo in music history, fueled by hits such as "She's Gone," "Rich Girl" and "I Can't Go For That."

All tickets for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame act are reserved seating and priced at $67 and $57. They will be available through etix.com or by calling 1-800-514-3849. Tickets also can be bought at the fairgrounds ticket office from 10 a.m. to noon Friday.

The fair runs Aug. 22 to Labor Day, Sept. 2.
