There's still time. All this week, Great Waters Brewing in downtown St. Paul is celebrating its 15 anniversary with the release of 15 different cask ales. The brewpub started its toast to cask-conditioned beer on Monday and will close it out on Saturday. Great Waters has always been a strong supporter of cask brews with several available at all times. (Cask ale is unfiltered beer that is served at cellar temperature without carbon dioxide.)
While we've already missed the cask beer dinner and a couple other events earlier this week, there's still more cask-conditioned beer to be had. Check out the full list brews here. All cask ale pints are $2.50(!). If you're a serious drinker, pick up a "caskport" at the bar. Try 10 or more cask beers and you'll be eligible to win a special brew day with a Great Waters brewer (more info here).
