Ice fishing is in full swing, lack of snow leaves us with good ice. Angler's are having success with walleye's, Northern's and crappie. Most lakes are doing well with no one better than the others. The Menahga Community fishing derby will be held Jan 19th on Spirit Lake in Menahga, American Legion Park Rapids Community derby is Feb 2nd on Fishhook and the Dorothy Noeske Memorial Osage community derby will be the last Sunday in Feb on Straight Lake.
