Gray not ruled out for Saturday's game

Injury list includes starting tackle, cornerback

October 7, 2011 at 11:55AM

MarQueis Gray is not on the Gophers' injury list, which was issued after Thursday's practice, so the possibility exists that he will play Saturday at Purdue. On the other hand, the junior quarterback wasn't ruled out of last week's game at Michigan, either, and didn't suit up after his left big toe remained sore during warmups.
Starting right tackle Jimmy Gjere is out, however, after suffering a concussion last weekend, and senior cornerback Troy Stoudermire will miss his second straight game with a fractured left forearm.
Here's the Gophers' official injury list for Saturday:

LB Brendan Beal - knee
OL Josh Campion - head
OL Jimmy Gjere - head
DT Harold Legania - foot
OL Zach Mottla - head
DE Leston Simpson - head
CB/KR Troy Stoudermire - arm
