New stadium, big rival, early-season showdown. The Vikings shut down Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers with their defense and unveiled a new passing combination of Sam Bradford to Stefon Diggs on offense to beat Green Bay 17-14 in the first regular-season game at U.S. Bank Stadium.
