Grading Minnesota clinics

A new report rates 345 Minnesota clinics on the number of patients given "optimal care" for diabetes and vascular disease. Here are some of the high- and low-scoring clinics, according to the report released Monday by MN Community Measurement. The full report is available at www.mnhealthcare.org.

• Quello Clinic, Eden Prairie: 44%

• Fairview Ridges Clinic: 41%

• Family HealthServices, Inver Grove Heights: 40%

• Fairview Hugo: 39%

• Fairview Eagan: 38%

Lowest

• Hennepin Care North Clinic: 3%

• Community-University Health Care Center: 3%

• University of Minnesota Physicians - Bethesda: 3%

• Lakeview Clinic - Watertown: 3%

• Lakeview Clinic - Norwood: 2%

• University of Minnesota Physicians - Broadway: 2%

• Aspen Medical Group - Hopkins: 2%

• Aspen Medical Group - E. Lake Street: 0%
