Both Gov. Mark Dayton and Republican legislative leaders will, separately, fly around the state Wednesday to promote their budget views.

Just like their budget views, the two planes will be traveling in opposite directions. Dayton will start in Duluth and end up in Rochester. The legislative leaders will have their first non-metro stop in Rochester and end the tour in Duluth.
