On Friday, June 22nd the The Beer Dabbler will be hosting a palette pleasing beer and food pairing event in Loring Park. The event, which kicks off the Twin Cities Pride Festival, will include 20 local food trucks and 20 local craft breweries. It begins at 5:30 PM and lasts until 9:30 PM. The cost is $35 in advance or $45 dollars on the day of the event.

The price of admission includes a tasting glass, unlimited beer samples, and access to the food trucks (paired menu items are $3 dollars each and are not included in the price of admission). In addition, there will be a treasure hunt sponsored by the Science Museum of Minnesota and DJs Jake Rudh and Apollo Cobra will provide entertainment from the Lavender Magazine stage. The Stanley's Barroom Dunk Tank is sure to be a hit, especially because the proceeds are going to the Finnegan's Community Fund. This is a brand new event from The Beer Dabbler and if it is anything like their other events it will not be one to miss. For those that like to volunteer their time they are looking for about 20 more volunteers to help out on Friday. You can check out the volunteer page for more details. If you have not yet been to Loring Park to celebrate Pride you should make it a priority. It is a great opportunity to get out in your community and celebrate diversity all while having a good time. Cheers!
