Lexy Ramler and Ona Loper, both fifth-year seniors, were named to the the Big Ten all-conference first team for the fifth and fourth time, respectively, while sophomore Mya Hooten and junior Halle Remlinger were named to the second team.
Ramler, the Big Ten Gymnast of the Year in 2019, 2020 and 2021, is tied for fifth in the nation in all-around rankings with Loper.
Loper is ranked third on vault. Hooten has three perfect 10s in floor exercise this season.
National honors for two
Augustana's Tyler Riemersma of Bloomington was named the CoSIDA Academic All-America Team Member of the Year for NCAA Division II men's basketball. Riemermsa has a 4.0 grade-point-average while pursuing his his master's degree inf Sport Administration Leadership. He was the NSIC South Division Player of the Year averaging 18.1 points and 11.1 rebounds per game.
Minnesota Duluth's Austin Andrews of Eden Prairie earned second team honors. He has a 3.89 GPA; his major is Pre-Civil Engineering. Andrews has averaged 18.1 points, 9.5 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game this season.

Two-time Minnesota State Open champion Andrew McCain will play in this week's PGA Tour Valspar Championship in Florida after he made five birdies and shot a 67 in a Monday qualifier.
