Gophers add five football recruits to 2020 class

The group includes the team's second international commitment this week.

The Gophers picked up five new commitments Saturday.

On a weekend filled with official visits, strong-side defensive end Melle Kreuder, cornerback Benjamin Onwuzo, offensive tackle Aireontae Ersery, weak-side defensive end Claude Larkins and cornerback Jalen Glaze announced their decisions on Twitter.

Kreuder, a Germany native is 6-3 and 235 pounds. He is not yet ranked, according to 247Sports.com.

Onwuzo is 5-11 and 185 pounds from Florida. He is a three-star recruit, according to 247Sports.

Ersery is from Kansas City and is 6-5 and 273 pounds. He is also not yet ranked.

Larkins is a three-star recruit also from Florida. He measures 6-4 and 240 pounds.

Glaze is 6-feet, 185 pounds from Florida. He is a three-star athlete.

The five bring the Gophers 2020 class up to 13 members.
