Gone but not forgotten

Marty supporter still has warm feelings for candidate who cooled off.

Tom Hogan of La Crescent and wearing a Marty t-shirt, stood and applauded for several minutes after Marty gave his concession speech and slowly exited off the stage.. "I was hoping it would last a little longer," said Hogan, who said he was not ready to commit to another candidate. "I was committee (to Marty) for three ballots." He said "people don't know how much vision (Marty) has. . .he's ahead of the game always. He can see further than anyone else."
