Golden Globe nominations announced for best actor in a musical or comedy film

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. — The Golden Globe nominations for best actor in a musical or comedy film have been announced in Beverly Hills, California, by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

The nominees announced Thursday morning are: Michael Keaton, "Birdman"; Ralph Fiennes, "The Grand Budapest Hotel"; Bill Murray, "St. Vincent"; Joaquin Phoenix, "Inherent Vice"; Christolph Waltz, "Big Eyes."

The 72nd annual Golden Globe Awards will be presented Jan. 11 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler and airing live on NBC.
