Glad this isn't in MN? 200K uncounted votes found in NYC

The votes that went uncounted on election night didn't change the outcome of the New York races but...

Can you imagine if this happened in Minnesota?

"Recount Finds 195,000 Votes Were Missed on Election Night," the New York Times reported Thursday of found New York City votes.

Apparently, like in Minnesota, New York releases unofficial tallies on election night and then releases official vote totals some time later. Unlike Minnesota, however, those official vote totals can be wildly different than the election night totals.

Oy! Or, if you prefer, Uff da!
