It isn't difficult to get a haircut for less than $15 these days, especially at beauty schools, but Fantastic Sam's haircut sale is a good one. For $10, you also get a shampoo and a blow dry. Those services cost extra at other places such as Cost Cutters.
The $10 cut (regularly $12 to $15 depending on the location) is good through Oct. 17. Also look for the Vlassis blue envelope in your mailbox this week. There's a FS coupon that extends the haircut deal through Nov. 15.
BTW, if you want an even cheaper deal, try a location of Empire Beauty School. Women's haircuts are $8 and men's are $5. They used to be $11.
