"Unfit" is probably one of those charming euphemisms; it could mean "insufficiently awake" or "insensate due to excessive amount of blood in his alcohol stream." We'll see. It's not the first time: In 2007 he ran into a photography shop, but he said he was tired and taking prescription drugs. In 2006 he was found in his car, "slumped over the wheel," and last year his Land Rover hit a truck. He was not charged in that case.
