Gear alert: Waterproof cameras

Increasingly, little reason exists for anglers to own accessory gear that isn't waterproof. Certainly stow and gear bags can be purchased that keep gear dry. Now point-and-shoot cameras that can take underwater images are being marketed. Not only are they protected against rain, but models from Canon, Sony, Olympus, Nikon and others allow fish-release shots and other innovative photos to be taken.
