Preview: It's the second meeting of the young season for the Lynx and Phoenix, ranked No. 1 and No. 2, respectively, in the WNBA preseason power ratings. The Lynx (3-0) are playing their third consecutive road game since opening the season with a 95-76 victory over the Mercury at Target Center. The Lynx are coming off a 78-71 victory at Seattle on Sunday. Phoenix (0-3) has lost its past two games by a total of five points — at Indiana by four and to Seattle by one at home Sunday.

Players to watch: Lynx F Maya Moore had 17 points and nine rebounds in the victory in Seattle. G Lindsay Whalen scored 14 points against Seattle to move into 14th place on the WNBA career scoring list with 4,882 points.
