Lynx at a glance: After losing at Phoenix, the Lynx (17-5) bounced back nicely with a 79-76 victory at Chicago. Four players scored in double figures, and the bench, which was scoreless in Arizona, had 30 points. ... Reserve guard Candice Wiggins made four of six shots behind the arc, finishing with 12 points. ... The Lynx outrebounded the Sky 42-32, 12-6 in offensive rebounds. ... A Lynx win on Sunday would give them 18 victories, tying a franchise record set in 2003 and 2004, the only two years Minnesota has reached the playoffs.

Shock at a glance: Tulsa (1-21) could tie a WNBA record against the Lynx. Another loss would be the Shock's 17th in a row, matching Atlanta's woeful start as an expansion team in 2008. ... There were glimmers of hope for Tulsa in its latest loss, 77-63 at Seattle. Aussie Liz Cambage, a 6-8 rookie center, scored a season-high 24 points and had 10 rebounds coming off the bench. ... Ex-Lynx assistant and coach Teresa Edwards became Tulsa's interim coach after Nolan Richardson resigned on July 8.
