GIRLS' BASKETBALL

No. 1-ranked Hopkins tops No. 4 Minnetonka

• HOPKINS 69, MINNETONKA 48: Ashley Bates scored 18 points and Nia Hollie scored 17 to lead the Royals, ranked No. 1 in Class 4A, past the Skippers, ranked No. 4. Courtney Frederickson scored 14 points to lead the Skippers.

• ORONO 58, NEW PRAGUE 39: Tori Andrew and Kiera Nelson each scored 13 points to lead the Spartans, ranked No. 1 in Class 3A, past the visiting Trojans. The Trojans led by eight points late in the first half before Andrew made two three-pointers to get the Spartans within two at halftime.

• ROSEVILLE 55, WHITE BEAR LAKE 44: The Raiders, ranked No. 7 in Class 4A, completed an unblemished Suburban East Conference schedule with the victory over the Bears. Monica Burich scored 22 points to lead the Raiders (24-2, 16-0 Suburban East).

• TOTINO-GRACE 64, ARMSTRONG 58: Sydney Borys' 24 points paced the Eagles past the Falcons.

Chicago Lakes advances

• CHISAGO LAKES 70, HIBBING 51: Jakob Lindquist scored 19 points to lead the top-seeded Wildcats past the Bluejackets in the Class 3A, Section 7 quarterfinals. The Bluejackets will face Grand Rapids in the semifinals.

• GLENCOE-SILVER LAKE 59, NORWOOD YOUNG AMERICA 48: The Panthers moved into the Class 2A, Section 2 semifinals with the victory over the Raiders. In the semifinals, the Panthers will face Jordan.
