Minnesota Duluth 2, Colorado College 2 (OT): Neal Pionk scored with 41 seconds left in the third period as the No. 1 Bulldogs (12-3-4, 8-2-1 NCHC) salvaged a tie with the Tigers (5-12-2, 1-6-2).

Miami (Ohio) 3, St. Cloud State 2 (OT): Josh Melnick tied the score on a 6-on-4 power play with 56 seconds left in the game and got another power-play goal at 1:23 of overtime as the visiting RedHawks (6-8-5, 2-4-3 NCHC) beat the No. 20 Huskies (9-9-1, 4-6-1). Blake Winiecki's power-play goal put the Huskies ahead 2-1 with 2:59 left in the third.

North Dakota 9, Omaha 1: Brock Boeser had two goals as the seventh-ranked Fighting Hawks (11-6-3, 4-4-1 NCHC) routed the No. 18 Mavericks (11-7-3, 4-5) in Omaha.

Minnesota State Mankato 3, Alabama Huntsville 0: Brad McClure scored the first goal and added an empty-netter in the third to lead the No. 19 Mavericks (12-7-2, 8-5-2 WCHA) over the host Chargers (7-14-2, 7-8-2).
