• NORTH DAKOTA 4, ST. CLOUD STATE 3: Behind Drake Caggiula's hat trick, the No. 4 Fighting Hawks (10-1-2, 5-0 conference) edged the No. 7 Huskies (8-3, 4-1) to take sole possession of first place in the conference. David Morley's goal with 5 minutes, 8 seconds left got host SCSU within a goal. .

• MINNESOTA DULUTH 5, COLORADO COLLEGE 0: Austin Farley had two goals to lead the No. 17 Bulldogs (4-5-3, 1-3-1-1) over the host Tigers (0-11, 0-5).

• MINNESOTA STATE MANKATO 1, NORTHERN MICHIGAN 1: Sophomore forward Brad McClure scored for visiting MSU Mankato (6-6-1, 5-1-1 WCHA) at 8:10 of the second period.

• LAKE SUPERIOR STATE 3, BEMIDJI STATE 2: Graeme McCormack and Gerry Fitzgerald scored for the host Beavers (2-6-2, 1-5-1 WCHA), who lost despite a 35-17 shot advantage.

• BOSTON UNIVERSITY 3, MICHIGAN 2: The No. 10 Terriers (6-3-2) scored all their goals in the third period to edge the No. 12 Wolverines (5-2-1).

• DENVER 3, WISCONSIN 3: Luke Kunin's goal midway through the second period gave the host Badgers (3-4-4) a 3-1 lead, but the No. 9 Pioneers (6-3-2) tied it before the period ended.
