Kyle Osterberg scored the tying goal for Minnesota Duluth with 3 minutes, 30 seconds left in the third period in a 4-4 tie with host Massachusetts-Lowell. The Bulldogs' first three goals all came on power plays, and UMD, ranked No. 6 by USCHO.com, outshot the No. 8 River Hawks 43-28.

Osterberg had a goal and one assist as did teammates Neal Pionk and Karson Kuhlman.

North Dakota 6, Canisius 0: Brock Boeser had a goal and three assists and his linemates, Shane Gersich and Tyson Jost, each had a goal and one assist as No. 1 UND routed the visiting Golden Griffins.

St. Lawrence 6, Penn St. 3: Kyle Hayton stopped 43 shot as the No. 16 Saints beat the host Nittany Lions. Vince Pedrie, Andrew Sturtz and Nate Sucese scored for Penn State, which fell behind 4-0 by early in the second period.

Union 4, Michigan 3: The Dutchmen scored twice in the final 4:37 to beat the No. 11 Wolverines in Ann Arbor. Sam Piazza scored a power-play goal and Tony Calderone a shorthanded goal to give Michigan a 2-0 lead midway through the opening period. Will Lockwood's unassisted goal early in the second put the Wolverines ahead 3-2.

Northern Michigan 3, Wisconsin 2: The Badgers gave up a goal 19 seconds into the game and never led in losing to the Wildcats in Green Bay, Wis. Will Johnson and Corbin McGuire had Wisconsin's goals.

Ohio St. 3, Denver 2: Matthew Weis had a goal and an assist as the Buckeyes edged the host Pioneers.

Bemidji St. 2, Ferris St. 1: Zach Whitecloud and Myles Fitzgerald scored first-period goals as the Beavers beat the visiting Bulldogs, ranked No. 20. Michael Bitzer made 20 saves for BSU.

MSU Mankato 3, Michigan Tech 1: Zeb Knutson had two goals and Daniel Brinkley had a goal and two assists to lead the host Mavericks, ranked No. 19, over the No. 17 Huskies.
